Admission Procedure in CASE University Islamabad:

• Fill online admission form http://203.99.54.65/OnlineAdmission/Default.aspx for the program you desire and print your fee challan form.
• Deposit your challan fee to any branch of Askari bank or in person to Accounts department of SS-CASE-IT or through bank draft/pay order in the name of CASE Islamabad
• Send one set of the following documents to CASE uni through courier service:
  • Challan which is paid.
  • Hard copy of your admission form.
  • Copies of SSC and HSSC certificates for Undergraduates.
  • Copies of SSC, HSSC, Bachelors and Masters certificates for postgraduate
  • A copy of NAT score, if not appearing for SS-CASE-IT admission test for Undergraduate.
  • A Valid copy of GAT score with 50% marks for postgraduate
  • Copy of CNIC or form B.
  • Three passport size photographs.

Sir Syed CASE Institute Fee Structure:

For the undergraduates, five courses are currently offered by Sir Syed CASE Institute of Technology. BS Electrical Engineering Fee is 120,500, BSSE fee is 108,000, Bachelors in Computer Sciences fee is 114,500, Bachelor in business administration fee is 82,400 and BSAF fee is 88,400 for the first semester.  After first semester, fee decreases. Fee for Masters and PhD programs is same as well. Per Course Charges for both Masters and PhD programs are (3.0 Credit Hours @Rs.8,500/-per Credit Hour). Eligibility Criteria for Undergraduates:

Sir Syed CASE Institute of Technology has different eligibility criteria for different programs for bachelors. For example, engineering criteria is different than the management sciences. Also programs have their specific criteria. Eligibility criteria of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering is it is must for the student to pass their Intermediate examination with at least 60% marks with pre engineering (Examination with Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics) from a recognized Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education of Pakistan or any equivalent examination. Diploma of Associate Engineer in relevant discipline from a recognized institute is also required. Eligibility criteria of BS in Computer Science is at least 50 % marks in Intermediate (HSSC) examination with Mathematics or equivalent qualification with Mathematics.  BS Software Engineering requirements are also same as BS computer sciences. Eligibility Criteria for Graduates/Masters:

For the master level programs MS Program in Sir Syed CASE Institute of Technology, eligibility criteria are also different for each program offered. Master of Science in Electrical Engineering requires bachelor’s degree approved by Higher Commission of Education of Pakistan with CGPA 2.00 out of 4.00 also you have to pass NTS or HAT conducted by HEC with at least 50% marks. For MS computer Science, requirements are Degree in relevant subject, i.e. BS Computer Science, BS Software Engineering, BS Information Technology, BS Computer Engineering and BS Systems Engineering from a recognized university with HEC, 16 years of education with at least 60% marks or CGPA of at least 2.0 (on a scale of 4.0). For Master of Science in Engineering Management requires qualification of BSc or BE in any Engineering Discipline also sixteen years of schooling or 4 year education after FSc from institutes recognized by PEC or HEC. Sir Syed CASE Institute of Technology Merit List 2023:

After the deadline of registration, entry test and interviews will held on Jan 2023 and Feb 2023 respectively. After interviews are conducted, on January 2023 merit lists of selected candidates will be announced.
